Museum Service Design

Museum visitors often face a myriad of difficulties that interrupt their experience with the artworks. There is often lack of knowledge about the context of the artworks, direction in navigating through the space, and guidance on the popular artworks in a given museum. In other words, people visiting museums often do not know what they want to see or understand what they are seeing, and get lost in finding their way.

This app will aim to create a new attitude toward museums. When people share their experiences with others it can bring the community together, add a new definition to experience of visiting a museum. In essence, the app will allow visitors to choose what they want to see, use the app as a navigational tool to find the exhibits they are interested in, and share their tips (within the app and through social media) for the benefit of others in the community.
